Hadži Omerova Mosque, also known as the Dolačka Mosque, is located in the Dolac neighborhood of Banja Luka, near the Kastel fortress. Built in 1618, as confirmed by the vakufnama of Sefer Spahi, it bears the name of its founder Hadži Omer. Over time, the mosque became a spiritual and cultural center of the Dolac mahala. Its harem includes around a hundred tombstones, some of which were relocated from other cemeteries in Banja Luka. Due to its architecture and historical importance, it is protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage site (Category III).

Constructed in traditional style with a wooden minaret and open porch (sofa), the mosque featured a wooden staircase leading to the mahfil. During the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was burned down on September 9, 1993, and all remaining parts were removed the following year. On the same day, Stupnička Mosque was also destroyed. Hadži Omerova Mosque was declared a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina and was rebuilt and reopened on July 14, 2007, restoring a vital piece of the city’s spiritual and cultural heritage.
