Duration and extension of temporary stay
Temporary residence permit can be issued for a maximum period of up to one year, depending on the basis of residence, with the fact that the validity period of the passport must be at least three months longer than the period for which the temporary residence is granted.
Extension of temporary stay can be granted at the request of a foreigner only on the same basis on which he was granted temporary stay.
