A foreigner under the age of 18 can cross the border of BiH on the basis of a personal travel document accompanied by one or both parents, a legal representative or guardian, or accompanied by a person authorized to accompany him with a signed and certified power of attorney , legal representative or guardian.

He can cross the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina unaccompanied if he has the certified consent of his parents, legal representative or guardian.

A foreigner may cross the border of BiH even when he does not meet the stated conditions for crossing only if this is provided for by an international agreement to which BiH is a contracting party or by a Decision of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
