When your paid membership expires, your profile is not deleted and remains on the platform, but it loses the benefits included in your current plan. Your business will then appear below all Standard profiles in every category listing.
Yes. You can change your plan and membership duration at any time from your business profile.
We calculate the remaining time on your current plan, convert it into a monetary credit based on the amount you originally paid, and deduct that credit from the price of your new plan. Any remaining time on your previous plan is then closed out, and your new plan starts on the same day.
Partnerships are arranged directly with the City Info team, including an agreement on promotional placements, the duration of the partnership and its terms.
To list your business on the City Info platform for the first time, you must activate at least a Standard plan. Once your paid membership expires, your business profile automatically switches to the free Free status and remains visible on the platform, but with significantly fewer benefits.
