Permanent residence
Permanent residence can be granted to a foreigner under the conditions that:
• On the basis of a temporary residence permit, he/she resides continuously in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina for at least five years before submitting an application for a permanent residence permit.
• He has sufficient and regular means of support.
• He has health insurance.
• He has been provided with appropriate accommodation.
